Got it free from the opening ceremony of our new common room today. Actually we have been using the new common room since the start of this semester but the opening ceremony is only held today (I don't even know we need a opening ceremony for it haha!) We also got a Monash University bag and a lanyard each...not forgetting that there're also free cakes and fruits and Zouki coffee for everyone who attended =P Totally didn't expect that we would get free stuff!

Boon came from Hamilton to visit Australia and he's in Melbourne this week. Yesterday night we had dinner with him at Sofia at Ferntree Gully...and yes we ordered the usual:
This is what they called 'Pasta Misto for two'....basically you order 3 types of pasta and they put them together on this big plate (cheaper price than you ordering 3 individual plates of pasta)...can't imagine two people finishing this whole big plate (well the menu says it's for two) o.0
and this!! There's calamari rings, fried prawns, scallops and fish with tartar sauce...yummy~
In the meantime we also had photography tute...
And then we had dessert! Cheese cake =)
and gelati of 7 different flavours (and colours)...there's orange, lime, strawberry, mint, almond, coffee and chocolate...shared among the 10 of us =D

ling weng: hehehe... it was in the bag we got together with the lanyard. we didn't realise there were things inside the bag until the lady who was distributing the bag told us to 'look inside what u got', and then everyone went 'WOW SO CUTEEEE!!!' =P
